Lauren has over a decade of experience working across brand strategy, PR and communications, media planning & buying and campaign implementation for global brands and publishers. She started her career agency side at OMD before moving into senior marketing and media roles in both Australia & New York.

Lauren brings a wealth of knowledge, experience and leadership to the Brandscend team. She thrives on seeing creative life breathed into ideas and helping brands position, reposition and gain traction.

BRANDSCEND CREATIVE DIRECTOR & HEAD OF DESIGN

With over ten years’ experience Kat has been referred to as a design ninja in that her ability to jump cohesively from one project to the next across multiple industries is strategic and swift. She has previously worked with CAMILLA, Bondi Sands, David Jones, Aje, Commonwealth Bank, Telstra, CGU insurance, Sean Connolly and Billy Blue.

Kat is passionate about how a creative outlook can lead to thoughtful, meaningful visual storytelling that breaks through the noise, solves problems, inspires and speaks to the end user.

Brandscend Head of Production Rhett Deighton

Rhett

BRANDSCEND HEAD OF VIDEO PRODUCTION

Rhett has over 13 years experience in video and TV, having worked for M&C Saatchi, Channel 7, Channel 10, ABC and SBS, spanning projects in cinema, feature documentaries, episodic television, commercials, lifestyle and reality TV. 

Rhett’s passion is engaging people through story to revitalise their experience of humanity through the use of drama and comedy. He has a particular interest in music, production design and capturing sub-cultures on screen. 

Rhett studied an Advanced Diploma in Screen and Media at the International Film School of Sydney under the tenure of Duncan Thompson.
